![]() Kevin SheridanKevin Sheridan is Chief Engagement Officer and Chief Consultant of HR Solutions and directs all survey work conducted by the firm. He has extensive experience in the field, having co-founded three successful survey-related organizations. Having done consulting for some of the world's largest corporations, Mr. Sheridan has earned several distinctive awards and honors. One of his most notable recognitions was for the creation of HR360™, which won Human Resource Executive magazine's "HR Product of the Year" award. His newest innovation, PEER®, has recently been nominated for the "HR Product of the Year" award. CBS, Fox and WGN have broadcasted Mr. Sheridan's research. In addition, Mr. Sheridan has recently been featured in several books, including: Business Lessons from the Edge, The Most Dangerous Business Book You'll Ever Read, Business Confidential: Lessons for Corporate Success from Inside the CIA, and Perspectives on Managing Employees. He has recently conducted several webinars, including: Selecting Candidates for Engagement and Retention through Monster.com, Employee Opinion Surveys through SHRM, and Managing Talent for the Future: Solving Short-Term Problems With Long-Term Solutions through Talent Management Online. Mr. Sheridan is a frequent speaker at national and international conventions, and his work has appeared in the following publications: American Banker, Business Insurance Magazine, Chicago Tribune, Chief Learning Officer, Crain's Chicago Business, Entrepreneur Magazine, Healthcare Facilities Management, Healthcare Human Resources, Hospitals and Health Networks, Hospitals Magazine, Human Resource Executive, Human Resources Administrator, HR Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Los Angeles Times, Modern Healthcare, Monster.com, Society For Human Resources Management's HR News Online, Talent Management, The Employment Paper, The Wall Street Journal, Training Magazine, USA Today, and Yahoo! Mr. Sheridan received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in 1988, concentrating his degree in Managerial Decision-making and Strategy, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behavior. Prior to business school, Mr. Sheridan spent four years with Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. in New York City, London, and Japan. Mr. Sheridan then worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co., while attending Harvard. After graduating from Harvard, Mr. Sheridan founded Collegiate Research Services, Inc. (CRS). CRS was established for the sole purpose of introducing the American Career and College Entry Service (ACCES). Featured in numerous publications including Business Week and USA Today, ACCES used a survey to create the first electronic link between students and organizations to provide opportunities for further education and training. |
